My Choice

The last couple days have been rough. But in spite of it all, today, I choose joy. I choose peace. I choose belief. I choose to focus on the good: on my children, on my husband, on my amazing and numerous blessings of which they are a humungous part. I choose calm. I choose to laugh, and mean it. Not being happy is kind of rotten. OK, a lot rotten. But I am so grateful that I have a choice. And my choice is one of gladness. Come what may.

Yes, life throws alot of crap at us a lot of the time. We have to choose not to let it beat us down. Glad to hear it happens to everyone. :)
